We have several types of hams.  Our hams are low in salt.  We offer full bone hams, semi-boneless hams, boneless hams and spiral hams.  Our spiral hams have no water added.  Enjoy a center cut ham slice at your next meal!   Also, available are smoked pork chops. Our bacon is soaked in a brine solution of brown sugar and salt and smoked in our smokehouse with hickory wood.  We slice the bacon thicker than store bought bacon but we will happily slice it to any thickness you request. Select Beef Cuts In addition to our pork products, we also offer select cuts of beef.  You can purchase Delmonico and NY Strip steaks, ground beef and eye roasts.  We will gladly take orders for boneless rib-eye roasts and beef tenderloin(filet mignon).
